Colorado Elopement Photographer

why me?

Couple photography is my absolute favorite. I think that capturing your relationship is the most rewarding part of my job. I love capturing the joy and love that you two share! Since my style is documentary and natural, most of my shots are unposed. There are so many real moments that I capture when I allow you to be yourself. Don't worry, I have some prompts because everyone is a little awkward in front of the camera but once we get going, you'll forget I'm there.
I also believe that every wedding is completely and totally unique and that every couple deserves my total attentive care. Due to that conviction, each year I take on a limited number of clients to ensure that I am devoting myself fully to each event. I want to partner with you in this process of wedding/elopement planning. There are so many many details that go along with the planning process and I want your day to come together seamlessly. Whether you are having a traditional wedding or eloping on top of a mountain, I am fully available to you for any and every thought or concern that arises.
Between planning my own wedding and being a wedding vendor, I have attended and orchestrated numerous weddings. All this experience is at your disposal! If you're looking for a wedding photographer that goes above and beyond the industry "norm" I am your girl- and also your photographer.

Now you you know more about me, I want to get to know you! Send me an email so that we can chat about your next event!

Georgia Brown

about me:

Hello! My name is Georgia and I am a recent Colorado transplant! My husband and I moved here from Tennessee in 2017 and haven't looked back. Some things that I love are my cats (yes plural; it's a slippery slope), exploring the Rocky Mountains, road trips, traveling, anything lavender flavored, rearranging my furniture (like twice a week), snowy days, slow mornings, great coffee, meeting new people, and local markets. My husband I are constantly taking weekend trips to places all over the West.  I am still totally starry-eyed and loving every minute of living in this part of the country.

Why i am a photographer:

I have been a photographer for over 5 years and I have worked with universities, Hipcamp, and countless couples and families in that time. I just really, REALLY love documenting life. I got my first DSLR camera in middle school and spent countless hours learning how to shoot in manual and watching videos about editing. I have come along way since then but my love for taking photos has only grown. There is nothing more rewarding than taking a shot of a real moment. I love the entire process of shooting; from taking the photo, to editing, to hearing the excited reactions of my clients. Meeting YOU is the best part of my job.
